MOBILE Ala. On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office arrested GRADRICK DEWAYNE OVERSTEET, JR.

After several weeks of investigating a homicide that occurred on May 12, 2025, on Tom Hopkins Road, Overstreet was arrested for the murder of Jaylon Rivers.

OVERSTREET has been charged with Felony Murder, Attempt Murder and Robbery 1st.

MCSO arrested a juvenile on May 16, 2025, for his involvement. He was charged with Felony Murder and Robbery 1st.
