An investigation into a forged document by a former Summerdale police chief has led to his and his wife’s arrest.

Kevin Brock, 59, and Lori Brock, 54, were each charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Both were arrested and booked in the Baldwin County jail just after 8 p.m. Tuesday night and released on a bond a short time later.

The Summerdale City Council voted to fire Kevin Brock as police chief in 2023.
He was under state investigation at the time amid accusations of a forged deed though no further information was released.
