Fairhope Wreck Leaves Heavy Vehicle Damage, Minor Injuries

A “hard-hit” collision on U.S. 98 in Fairhope Monday just after 3 p.m. took a heavy toll on the vehicles involved but luckily only left minor injuries to those inside the vehicles.
The calls into 911 sent Fairhope police and fire departments to the scene
and an ambulance was also dispatched.
Traffic was diverted around the crash scene while first responders attended to those involved and police conducted an investigation.
There were no reports of any serious injuries.
A person commenting on social media about the crash stated that it looked pretty bad but thankfully everyone was safe.
