Fairhope Police Arrest Man on Multiple Child Pornography Charges

A Fairhope man is currently in the Baldwin County Detention Center after being arrested on multiple felony counts of possessing child pornography.
The Fairhope police, operating on information relayed to them from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Alabama Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force were able to obtain and serve a search warrant at the home of 40-year-old Daniel Vincent Moore on Shoshoney Circle.
Fairhope police investigators said that during the search they found child porn on several devices.
Moore faces charges of:
4 Counts of Felony Possession of Child Pornography
2 Counts of Felony Transmit Obscene Material to Child
Additional charges may be forthcoming, according to the Fairhope PD.
The arrest came after a three-month investigation which included help from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation is ongoing.
