MOBILE, Ala. Police arrested a man with a lengthy criminal record after he was accused of threatening and terrorizing a 76-year-old family member.
Dustin Stokes, 33, is charged with elder abuse and domestic violence after police were called after an elderly person locked herself in a bathroom and called 911.
Stokes reportedly threatened to kill the woman, whose relationship with Stokes is not known.
Police also said that a 3-year-old was present.
