HARRISON COUNTY MS. A Pritchard Police Department officer has been arrested in Orange County Florida on a warrant that was issued in Harrison County Mississippi.

According to authorities, David DeWayne Cunningham was picked by Florida police on a charge of kidnapping of a minor and is being held for extradition to Mississippi.
