1 Dead During Food Truck Robbery

MOBILE, Ala A person was shot and killed at a food truck in Mobile early Sunday morning during a robbery, according to the Mobile Police Department.
Police say that someone tried to rob the food truck parked on St. Stephens Road just after 2 Sunday morning.
Mobile Fire-Rescue and EMS also responded to the shooting.
The alleged robber was shot and killed, but the police have not said who fired the shots.
The incident happened at the Super Stop Convenience store near the intersection of Gloria York Avenue.
Mobile police were called to the scene, which was soon wrapped in crime scene tape and blue lights.
Homicide detectives were also dispatched to the scene, as well as crime scene personnel.
Police said that this is an active investigation.
